MyPay login problems: fixes

Can't log in, no verification code, or no LES showing.

MyPay is DFAS's official pay site at mypay.dfas.mil. Always type the address yourself; look-alike sites and unrelated "mypay" apps show up in search.

Ways to log in

• CAC (needs a working reader and DoD certificates, see CAC guide).
• Login.gov, DS Logon or username/password, depending on your account (follow the options shown on the MyPay login page).

Fixes

1. Forgot username or password: use the "Forgot" links on the MyPay login page; a temporary password or verification code goes to the email on file.
2. No verification code: check spam, confirm the email on file is current, wait a few minutes before requesting another.
3. Page won't load: try another browser, clear cache, and check the MyPay homepage for maintenance notices.
4. Still locked out: contact the DFAS/MyPay customer support listed on the official site.
