Army 365 webmail (OWA) from home

Open your @army.mil email in a browser.

Army email runs on Army 365 (Microsoft 365 for the U.S. government). You sign in with your @army.mil address and CAC.

Steps

1. Make sure your CAC reader and DoD certificates work (CAC guide, certificate guide).
2. Open the Army 365 webmail link from the official Army 365 resources page below (government Microsoft 365 uses office365.us addresses, not the regular outlook.com).
3. Enter your @army.mil address, choose your CAC authentication certificate, and enter your PIN.

• If your home setup won't cooperate, the full Outlook app is available inside Army AVD.
