ATIS login help: ATIS Learning and ATIS Training

The Army Training Information System (ATIS) replaced two older systems. ATIS Learning replaced ALMS in January 2024 for online courses and certificates. ATIS Training replaced DTMS on Nov. 15, 2025 for individual and unit training records. Both sign in with your CAC.

1. Go to the right site

• ATIS portal: train.atis.army.mil, which links to Learning, About and Help.
• ATIS Learning: learn.atis.army.mil. Old ALMS bookmarks no longer work.
• Accept the U.S. Government system banner, then sign in with your CAC.

2. No certificate prompt or a "not trusted" error

• This is almost always a CAC or certificate problem on your computer, not ATIS itself. Work through CAC reader setup (or Mac) and DoD certificates / InstallRoot, then close the browser completely and try again.
• Some Army training pages say you need a government computer, an installation network or VPN. If ATIS won't load from home, try from a government computer.

3. Your course isn't showing

• Many courses are registered in ATRRS first. Per the U.S. Army Combat Readiness Center, once ATRRS confirms you're registered, log in to ATIS Learning and look in Active Learning. Other courses you can register for straight from the ATIS Learning Catalog.
• If you're registered in ATRRS but the course isn't in ATIS, open a help desk ticket (below).

4. Old ALMS certificates

• Per the Defense Ammunition Center FAQ, courses finished in ALMS before the switch should appear in ATIS under Detailed Training Records, where you can print a certificate of completion.

Still stuck: Army Training Help Desk

• Submit a ticket on the Army Enterprise Service Management Platform (AESMP), or call 1-866-335-ARMY (2769), option 6. The help desk is open 24/7.
• Write down the exact error message and the course number before you call.
